Sarah's  16 Week
Transformation

We started with daily habits around nutrition and lifestyle from protein with each meal and 30min walks a day to adding workouts and consistently for 14 days logging meals. From there we were able to adjust the intake and in turn, adjust the output from exercise and daily movement. Sarah started getting stronger with weight training and faster on her runs.

Workouts

I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

Calendar

Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging

The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals

It’s important to stay on top of your progress. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals and progress in one simple place.

INTEGRATIONs

My App integrates with Fitbit, Withings, Apple Health/Watch and MyFitnessPal, enabling you to sync all your health and nutrition data.

MY STORY

When you’re trying to make a change, having the right people in your corner can make all the difference. I get out of bed every day to help people become healthier versions of themselves. I decided to become a personal trainer to encourage people that being healthy would make their life better and to teach transferable skills from working out and its journey to everyday life. I want to help busy professionals with weight loss and improved performance.

I have been a trainer for 9 years and my proudest achievement is having the opportunity to teach at Hackney Fitness festival alongside mentoring other coaches to be great.

I am all about putting the fun into long term education and empowerment. Steering you from point A to point B by replacing fear and uncertainty with confidence and excitement not only to see your body change but to feel mentally and emotionally in charge.
